1 Definitions & Interpretation

In this kawad4d Terms & Conditions document, the following words and phrases carry the meanings stated unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Member" or "User" refers to any individual who has registered and holds an active account with kawad4d.
• "Platform" refers to the kawad4d.biz website and any mobile applications officially released by kawad4d.
• "Account Balance" refers to the total credit balance in MYR (RM) held in a kawad4d member's account at any given time.
• "Wager" or "Bet" refers to any wager placed by a member using their kawad4d account balance.
• "Bonus" refers to any additional credits, offers, or benefits granted by kawad4d to members subject to specific terms and conditions.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process required by kawad4d in accordance with compliance obligations.
• "RNG" (Random Number Generator) refers to the system used to generate fair and random outcomes in kawad4d games.

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use the kawad4d platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Aged 18 years and above at the time of registration. kawad4d does not permit the use of its platform by minors under any circumstances.
• A valid Malaysian citizen or permanent resident.
• Register using accurate, truthful, and up-to-date personal information — including your full name, Malaysian phone number, and active email address.
• Not currently under any suspension or ban from kawad4d or any related platform.
• Not representing or acting on behalf of any company, business entity, or third party without prior written authorisation from kawad4d.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) kawad4d account only. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.

Kawad4d reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time, including a copy of your Malaysian identity card, proof of address, and other relevant documents. Failure to submit the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in your account being temporarily suspended.

3 Deposit & Payment Methods

Kawad4d offers a variety of safe and convenient deposit methods for Malaysian players:

• All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in the member's own name. kawad4d does not accept third-party deposits.
• Kawad4d does not charge any processing fees for deposits. However, the payment provider may apply their own charges.
• If your deposit is not credited within 30 minutes, please contact kawad4d support with proof of payment.
• Kawad4d reserves the right to block or decline suspicious deposits without providing a reason.

4 Withdrawals

Kawad4d is committed to processing all valid withdrawal requests promptly and efficiently.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30 per transaction.
• The maximum withdrawal limit for standard members is RM 50,000 per day. Higher limits are available for VIP members.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same Malaysian bank account or e-wallet used for the deposit, within 15–30 minutes during normal operating hours.
• Members must complete the full KYC process before their first withdrawal can be processed. This includes verification of their ID number and bank account number.
• Any withdrawal involving bonus funds is subject to the rollover requirements specified for that bonus. Please review the relevant bonus terms before submitting a withdrawal request.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

Kawad4d offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to members. All bonuses are subject to the following terms unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms:

• Rollover (Wagering Requirement): Bonuses received must be wagered at a rollover multiple of the bonus amount before any withdrawal can be made. kawad4d's standard rollover requirement ranges from 5x to 20x depending on the bonus type.
• One Bonus Per Promotion: Each member is entitled to claim each promotional offer once only, unless stated otherwise.
• Validity Period: All bonuses have a validity period. Any bonus not used within the specified period will expire automatically.

• Kawad4d reserves the right to void or amend bet settlements in the event of a technical error, obvious odds error, or exceptional circumstances beyond kawad4d's control.
• For sports betting on events such as Malaysia Super League football, EPL, badminton, cricket, and MPL Malaysia e-sports — all results are based on official outcomes announced by the respective governing body.

• Kawad4d reserves the right to set betting limits for any market, event, or member based on internal risk assessment.

7 Account Security & Password

Members are fully responsible for keeping their kawad4d account login credentials confidential. kawad4d recommends the following security measures:

• Use a strong password combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols — at least 8 characters.
• Do not share your kawad4d login credentials with anyone, including family members.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) in your kawad4d account settings for an added layer of security.
• Log out of your kawad4d account after every session on a shared or public device.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact kawad4d support immediately.

Kawad4d will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to an account caused by a member's failure to safeguard their login credentials.

8 Responsible Gaming

Kawad4d takes its social responsibility seriously. The kawad4d platform provides the following self-control tools for all members:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to manage your gaming spend.
• Loss Limit: Set a maximum loss limit you are comfortable with for a given period.
• Time Limit: Limit the time you spend on the kawad4d platform each day or week.
• Self-Exclusion: Option to voluntarily suspend your account for anywhere between 24 hours and 5 years.

9 kawad4d Liability Limit

• Kawad4d is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from use of the platform, including loss of betting opportunities due to technical disruptions.
• Kawad4d's maximum liability to any member in any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.
• Kawad4d does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance.
• Kawad4d is not responsible for technical issues arising from a member's own device, internet connection, or software.

10 Account Suspension & Termination

Kawad4d reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any kawad4d terms or conditions.
• Fraud, misrepresentation of information, or hacking activities.
• Use of multiple accounts to abuse bonuses.
• Money laundering or terrorism financing activities.
• Abusive, threatening, or disrespectful behaviour towards kawad4d staff.
• Upon request by the relevant authorities or by court order.

Members may also close their own account at any time by contacting kawad4d support. Any remaining real money balance (excluding bonuses) will be refunded upon completion of a final review within 5 business days.

11 Dispute Resolution

If you have any complaints or disputes relating to kawad4d, please follow the procedure below:

1. Contact Support First: Submit your complaint to the kawad4d support team via live chat or email at support@kawad4d.biz. Please provide full details including your account ID, date of the incident, and a thorough description.

12 Applicable Law

These kawad4d Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.

Kawad4d complies with applicable Malaysian laws including but not limited to:

• Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA)
• Communications and Multimedia Act 1998
• Computer Crimes Act 1997
• Anti-Money Laundering, Anti-Terrorism Financing and Proceeds of Unlawful Activities Act 2001

The Bahasa Malaysia version of these terms is the binding version. In the event of any conflict between a translated version and the original Bahasa Malaysia version, the Bahasa Malaysia version shall prevail.
